Homemade Pickles
  1. Cut up any vegetables you have

  2. Add vegetables to a 1 L jar

  3. Add 2 tbsp kosher salt

  4. Add ½ cup white distilled vinegar

  5. Fill the rest of the jar with filtered water

  6. Leave the jar on your counter for 2 days

  7. Move to the refrigerator to keep them cold and crisp

  8. Serve and enjoy
