Preheat oven to 160°C
Oil a 12-hole muffin tin
In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk milk, yoghurt, oil & egg
Combine wet with dry (don't overmix!)
Fold in cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, pepper & chives
Spoon into muffin tin & bake 22–25 mins
Let them cool (if you can resist) & serve with butter
