Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the dough hook, combine sausage, Bisquick, Cheese Whiz, and Rotel tomatoes. Mix until combined.
Use a medium cookie scoop and scoop the sausage mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
