Protein Banana Cookie Skillet
  1. Heat the oven to 375F

  2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl

  3. Microwave bananas for 2 minutes to intensify their sweet flavor

  4. Add the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract, then whisk to combine

  5. Blend the oats until finely ground

  6. Add blended oats to the bowl along with protein powder, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt

  7. Stir to combine

  8. Fold in most of the chocolate

  9. Spray a 10-inch oven-safe skillet and line with parchment, then spray again

  10. Add the batter and smooth the top

  11. Top with remaining chocolate

  12. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, 12 to 15 minutes

  13. Sprinkle with flaky salt

  14. Let cool a few minutes, then slice into squares and serve warm
