  1. Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes then drain (if using large dates)

  2. Blend cottage cheese, dates, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and peanut butter powder with an immersion blender or food processor until smooth and creamy

  3. Transfer blended mixture back into the cottage cheese cup

  4. Whisk together cocoa powder, almond milk, and 1 tbsp maple syrup until glossy

  5. Swirl the ganache over the base

  6. Sprinkle dry roasted peanuts and flaky salt on top

  7. Freeze for 30 minutes

  8. Enjoy
