Cube 4-5 boneless chicken thighs
Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl
Mix 1 cup panko breadcrumbs with 1 tbsp garlic herb and 1 tbsp paprika seasoning
Dip chicken into egg mix, then into panko mix
Air fry at 380 for 15 minutes
Bring chicken to a bowl and drizzle buffalo sauce
Air fry an additional 10-15 minutes or until crispy
Drizzle honey over chicken and toss together
Serve with a side of herby ranch
