Hasselback Squash
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Use a sharp knife to make ¼-inch thick slices in the squash, being careful not to slice all the way through.

  3. Brush the squash with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Bake for 45-55 minutes, until tender.

  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.

  6. Serve immediately.
