Lupin Whey Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 170c/325f. Prepare a large bread tin.

  2. In a large microwavable safe bowl, add the cream cheese and butter. Microwave, on high, for 1 minute. Then mix well.

  3. Add eggs, cream and oil. Mix well.

  4. In a medium bowl, add whey protein, lupin flour, sweetener, baking powder and xanthan gum. Mix until well combined.

  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold with a spatula until combined. Leave to sit for 5 minutes.

  6. Pour into your prepared bread tin and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is browning and a toothpick inserted into the middle of the bread comes out "clean". Leave to cool, then cut into 16 slices and enjoy!
