  1. Whisk coconut aminos, coconut sugar, fish sauce, garlic, pepper, & oil in a large bowl.

  2. Add chicken to the bowl & coat in the marinade for 20-30 minutes (or overnight in the fridge).

  3. Heat oil in a large skillet or cast iron over medium heat.

  4. Once hot, remove chicken from marinade & sear for 5-6 minutes on each side.

  5. Remove from heat & cool for 10 minutes before slicing.

  6. Whisk dressing ingredients together.

  7. Assemble bowls adding noodles to the bottom, sliced chicken, veggies, & a handful of herbs.

  8. Add a few spoonfuls of dressing on top with crushed peanuts.

  9. Mix together & enjoy.
