Add all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until the mixture becomes smooth.
If needed, use an immersion blender instead.
If the mixture seems too thin, add a little more cornstarch.
Shape small bites or spoon the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes or until crispy.
Serve warm.
