Salmon Croquettes
  1. Add all the ingredients for the tartar sauce into a bowl and whisk together really well until combined. Set in the fridge until ready to use.

  2. Put all the ingredients for the salmon patties into a bowl and mix together really well. I like to use my hands to do this.

  3. Shape into patties. It should make about 6-8 patties, about ½ inch thick.

  4. In a large pan over medium high heat, heat some cooking oil. Just enough oil to cover the bottom should be fine.

  5. Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes per side. You may need to do this in batches.

  6. Serve with the tartar sauce and enjoy!
