Homemade Graham Cracker Crust
  1. In a medium bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, melted butter, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Mix until mixture resembles wet sand and holds together when pressed.

  3. Pour into a 9” pie plate or spring form pan and press into an even layer, going up the sides. Use the back of a spoon or measuring cup to help pack firmly.

  4. If baking, bake at 350° until golden, about 12 minutes.
