Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
Line a sheet tray & spread with coconut oil to prevent sticking.
Spread 1 cup cottage cheese, top with ⅓ cup parm, seasoning, and bake for 25 mins.
Meanwhile, blend your dressing ingredients and set aside.
Chop lettuce & chicken, mix with dressing just before base is done.
Once wrap is ready, let it cool, top with salad mix, and wrap it up!
