Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh thyme for garnish
Directions:
In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium-high heat. Season steak pieces with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Add steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until garlic is golden.
Return steak to the skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
