Mexican Street Corn
  1. Cook the corn according to instructions on bag

  2. Heat a cast iron skillet on high heat and add the corn and 2 tbsp of butter. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Remove from heat and add in remaining butter. Stir until mixed.

  4. Place corn in a bowl and stir in mayo and lime juice. Add seasonings and mix well.
