  6. Sprinkle pecans over cashew butter and press in

  7. Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth

  8. Spread melted chocolate evenly over pecan layer

  9. Sprinkle with Maldon salt

  10. Refrigerate to set, then cut into squares

  11. For Cookie Dough Stuffed Dates: Mix almond flour, oat flour, maple syrup, cashew butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth

  12. Add oat milk to thin if necessary

  13. Stir in mini chocolate chips

  14. Stuff date halves with cookie dough filling

  15. Drizzle with melted chocolate and top with mini chocolate chips and flaky salt

  16. Keep in fridge or freezer
