Grandma's Chili Relleno Casserole
  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Shred and mix the cheese.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, milk, and eggs.

  4. Line a 8x8 with ½ of the chilies, removing seeds. Spread half of the cheese mixture on top of the chilies.

  5. Layer remaining chilies on top and then add the rest of the cheese.

  6. Pour batter over top, ensuring even distribution.

  7. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Let sit 5-10 minutes before serving.
