Chocolate Peanut Butter Sweet Potato
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Roast, air fry, or microwave your sweet potato until soft

  3. Slice open sweet potato once it's cooled and mash the inside

  4. Add peanut butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and baking powder to the mashed sweet potato and mix well

  5. Top with more chocolate chips

  6. Bake for 20 minutes or air fry for 10-12 minutes
