Mocha Banana Bread
  1. Mix together the wet ingredients, then follow with the dry and mix well.

  2. Separate into two bowls, adding cocoa powder to one and coffee to another.

  3. Layer spoonful by spoonful into a lined loaf tin, then top with chocolate chips.

  4. Bake for 40-45 mins (for a less gooey loaf, bake for 45-50 mins) at fan 175 C.
