Ingredients:
Peel & dice onion and peel garlic throw it into a food processor until finely shopped
Rinse quarter your mushrooms add them to the food processor until everything is finely chopped
Rinse beans add to food processor. Here you just want to pulse a little just so the beans are in chopped but not too much since you’ll run it again
Add all spices, hot sauce, egg, and mustard and pulse food processor until everything is combined. You may need to scrape down the sides of the processor.
Add bread crumbs and pulse until combined. If you feel like your mixture is too goopy add up to ½ cup breadcrumbs.
Put mixture in the fridge for about an hour for mixture to cool
Prepare for later: take parchment paper on cookie sheet and either take a hamburger press or divide mixture into balls. Either form into hamburger shape with press or by hand add burgers to cookie sheets. Toss the sheet in the freezer for a few hours or overnight.
Cook now: cook either on a griddle/grill or pan sear. If they aren’t frozen they might fall part on tradition grill grate.
Serve with buns and all the toppings you would like!
