Crispy 2-ingredient Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust (no Flour!)
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease with olive oil

  3. Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth and creamy (about 10 seconds)

  4. Pour onto tray and spread evenly into a round or rectangle (thin for crispier results)

  5. Sprinkle garlic powder and oregano if using

  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until firm and golden

  7. Add sauce, cheese, pepperoni, veggies, or desired toppings

  8. Return to oven for 5–10 more minutes until toppings are melty and perfect

  9. Cool 2–3 minutes before slicing and serve warm
