Rotel Sausage Cream Cheese Hash Brown Patty Breakfast Casserole
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Place frozen hash brown patties in the bottom of the baking dish, overlapping if necessary.

  3. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.

  4. In a bowl, combine cooked sausage and cream cheese. Stir to combine.

  5. Sprinkle sausage mixture over hash brown patties. Top with shredded cheese and Rotel.

  6. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  7. Pour egg mixture over the casserole.

  8. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until the eggs are set.
