Homemade Pizza
  1. Dice tomatoes and set on paper towels for 15 mins to drain

  2. Combine tomatoes, basil, 1 TBSP olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl

  3. Combine mozzarella and parmesan in a separate bowl

  4. Place dough on baking sheet and stretch to edges

  5. Brush the dough with remaining olive oil and lightly shake garlic powder onto edges (optional)

  6. Top dough with tomato mixture, then cover with cheese

  7. If using, add pepperoni and red pepper flakes

  8. Bake at 400° for 16-18 mins
