Place the boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl and mash them. After the potatoes cool slightly, add the egg, parsley, and grated kashar cheese. Then add the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper, and knead to form a dough.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape them into balls. Roll out each ball on the counter and cook them in a pan on both sides until golden.
Brush with butter and serve.
