Preheat broiler. Mix crabmeat, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, lemon pepper, chopped belll peppers.
Beat together egg, mayo, hot sauce and mustard. Combine with other ingredients and mix well.
Form into patties and place on a pan/baking sheet. Broil 10-15 min until lightly brown.
Grill shrimp in a separate pan and season with lemon pepper and cajun seasoning. Cook on one side until grilled and golden brown, flip and cut off heat.
Top crab cakes with a piece of shrimp and serve.
