Greek Yogurt Jam Bun
  1. Mix flour and yoghurt to form a pliable dough ball. It should not be sticky.

  2. Scatter sprinkles then roll dough out into a rectangular shape

  3. Spread on butter and jam, then fold in half

  4. Air fry on 180C for 10 mins or oven bake on 180C for 20 mins
