Thinly slice your green onions
In a meal prep container, add half your frozen wontons, minced ginger, minced garlic, bok choy, sesame oil, soy sauce, shrimp, wonton noodles, white pepper, and salt, and repeat for the other meal prep container
Freeze your meal prep containers overnight
When ready to eat, take out one meal prep container and microwave it for 10 minutes to loosen the soup kit
Remove the soup kit from the container and place it into a pot on high heat filled with half of your chicken bone broth
Let it boil for 3-4 minutes as you stir continuously, then enjoy
