Preheat your oven to 385°F
Blend all of your cheesecake ingredients and pour mix into a 6inch springform cake pan lined with parchment paper
Add a pan with 2 inches of water to the bottom rack of your oven (to create a steam bath)
Bake for 40 minutes (cheesecake should be jiggly in the center and a bit firmer in the edges)
Let cool completely and refrigerate for at least 6 hours
