In a skillet or Dutch oven, bring to medium heat and add about 1 tbsp of olive oil. Sear both sides of meat.
Turn off heat (Dutch oven) or move to crockpot
Add remainder of ingredients
Cook in the Dutch oven for about 3-4 hours on 325° until meat is falling apart when a fork is inserted. OR 6 hours on low in the crockpot.
Occasionally spoon some juices on yours while cooking.
Shred and toss in juices. Enjoy!
