Slow Roasted Beef Tacos
  1. In a skillet or Dutch oven, bring to medium heat and add about 1 tbsp of olive oil. Sear both sides of meat.

  2. Turn off heat (Dutch oven) or move to crockpot

  3. Add remainder of ingredients

  4. Cook in the Dutch oven for about 3-4 hours on 325° until meat is falling apart when a fork is inserted. OR 6 hours on low in the crockpot.

  5. Occasionally spoon some juices on yours while cooking.

  6. Shred and toss in juices. Enjoy!
