Miso Marinated Tofu

With a rich spicy glaze, this tasty bite-sized miso marinated tofu is great in rice, noodle, and salad dishes to boost flavour and add a source of protein.

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Dice the tofu into bite-sized cubes, toss them in the marinade, and refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Bake the marinated tofu at 180°C (355°F) for 25 minutes until golden brown.

  4. Enjoy the tofu on its own or add it to a healthy salad bowl.
