Wash the lemons well and wipe dry them.
Using a peeler or a knife, carefully, peel the lemons. Make sure NO white part is peeled off, but just the yellow outer skin.
Add the alcohol and the yellow skins into the bottle.
Let the bottle sit in the darkness for circa 7 days (or even longer). Remember once a day to gently mix it.
After that period, put a pot on the hob and bring to boil the water. As soon as the water boils add the sugar, and let it boil for 3 minutes; keep it stirred at all times.
Wait that it cools down. Filter the alchool mixture to remove the peels, and add it to the pot. Stir well.
Using a filtering cloth (or a very fine mesh) filter the mixture and pour it into the final bottles.
Let the bottles stand at least 25 days in the dark.
