Combine base ingredients, you might need extra maple (keep adding dashes until it's a doughy consistency as pictured).
Line a small baking tray with baking paper and pat it down
Mix your caramel ingredients together until emulsified. The more you mix, the more caramelly it'll be!
Add it on top of your base, then melt some chocolate and pour on top
Top with flaky sea salt and store in the fridge
