Slow Cooked Bbq Pulled Pork
  1. Pat your pork scotch fillet dry, then generously season both sides with Honey Hog BBQ rub. Set it to the side.

  2. In a bowl, chuck in the BBQ sauce, white wine vinegar, honey, mustard, BBQ rubs, paprika, salt, pepper and stock.

  3. Give that a really good whisk.

  4. Turn your slow cooker or multicooker on and drizzle a little olive oil into the bottom.

  5. Chuck the whole pork in and pour over all that beautiful BBQ sauce.

  6. Pop the lid on and cook for 8–10 hours, depending on the size of your pork.

  7. Take the pork out of the slow cooker and shred it up.

  8. In a small bowl, mix the cornflour and water together to make a slurry.

  9. Chuck the slurry into the BBQ sauce left in the slow cooker and give it a good stir.

  10. Let it thicken for a few minutes, then add as much or as little of that sauce as you like back through your shredded pork.

  11. Give it a good mix.
