Melt chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat stirring gently until melted, then spoon a teaspoon into each section of an ice cube mould
Blend the other ingredients until smooth (fold in any extra chocolate chips if using) then shape this into small balls and place on top of the chocolate
Fill the moulds to the top with chocolate then place in the fridge to set
Store in the fridge or freezer, I love them from frozen!
