Easy & Quick Cheeseburgers In The Air Fryer — Jazz Leaf
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380F.

  2. Dice your shallot. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add 2 teaspoons of avocado oil. Once it’s warm, add your diced shallot into the skillet to cook. Continue stirring continuously for about 7-9 minutes until translucent. Set the shallot aside for the sauce.

  3. Form the ground beef into 4 equal size patties, about ½ inch thick, making a small indent in the middle of the patty with your thumbs. The more you press them down, the better as they will thicken a bit when cooked.

  4. Place the burgers in a single layer in your air fryer basket.

  5. Cook 380F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway (after 5 minutes).

  6. At the end, add a layer of cheese & cook for an additional 1 minute to melt the cheese.

  7. While the burgers are cooking, make the sauce by mixing together mayo, ketchup, mustard and relish until well combined.

  8. To assemble the burgers, place the bun on the bottom, add sauce, burger patty, tomato, grilled shallot, lettuce, pickles and the bun on top. Enjoy warm!
