Ingredients:
500g penne pasta
500g chicken breasts, diced
4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Cook the pasta: Boil penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the turkey bacon: In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Cook the chicken: In the same skillet, season chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and fully cooked.
Make the sauce: Add chicken broth and cream to the skillet, scraping up any bits from the bottom. Stir in Parmesan cheese and let the sauce simmer until it thickens.
Combine: Add the cooked pasta and crispy turkey bacon back into the skillet. Toss everything together until coated in the creamy sauce.
