Meal Prep Taquitos
  1. Season 800g chicken breast with 1 Tbsp kosher salt, 1 Tsp black pepper, 1 Tbsp paprika, 2 Tsp cumin, 1 Tbsp garlic powder, and ½ Tsp cayenne pepper

  2. Cook the seasoned chicken breast until fully cooked

  3. Shred the cooked chicken

  4. Mix shredded chicken with 250g shredded low fat Mexican cheese blend

  5. Fill low carb tortillas with the chicken and cheese mixture

  6. Roll tightly to form taquitos

  7. Cook taquitos until crispy (bake or air fry)

  8. Store for meal prep
