Sour Cream Coffee Cake
  1. Cream butter and sugar, add sour cream, vanilla and eggs.

  2. Mix in dry ingredients, except last three (topping)

  3. Use Angel food cake pan, not greased.

  4. Pour ½ batter, ¾ topping, ½ batter and ¼ topping until all is gone.

  5. End with topping.

  6. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

  7. When done, remove from oven and sprinkle top with water and return to oven for a few minutes.
