Chop up your apples and then add ½ cup of water, cover and simmer on low for 10-12 minutes until soft, shiny. That is when you know the pectin has been released. Remove the lid and let simmer for another 2 minutes uncovered until most of the water is gone, like above.
Add in your chopped dark chocolate. Let it melt it. Then add in two tablespoons of tahini mix and blend.
Empty this into any dish or cake pan of choice and refrigerate overnight. When ready just take out of the fridge and sprinkle with some cinnamon and enjoy!
