Spread the mixture into a thin circle or rectangle (about ¼-inch / 0.6 cm thick) on parchment or directly in the pan
Bake in oven for 15–18 minutes until golden and firm, or cook in skillet 3–4 minutes per side until lightly crispy and fully set
Let cool for 2 minutes, slice, and serve
