Slow-cooker Chocolate Chip Cookie
  1. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and kosher salt together.

  2. In another bowl, beat the unsalted butter, dark brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla extract together until creamy.

  3. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients while mixing.

  4. Fold in the roughly chopped chocolate.

  5. Line the slow cooker bowl with parchment paper and grease it.

  6. Spread the batter in the lined slow cooker bowl.

  7. Cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours.

  8. Serve with flaky sea salt and optionally with vanilla ice cream.
