Baked Bread
  1. Bloom yeast by combining yeast, warm water, and honey for ten minutes.

  2. Mix flour and salt together in mixing bowl.

  3. Mix melted butter and bloomed yeast into the flour.

  4. Mix with a dough hook until well combined.

  5. Let rise in mixing bowl in warm area for 1-2 hours, until doubled.

  6. Split the dough in half, roll flat with rolling pin, roll up dough, and place each half into a bread pan.

  7. Let proof for 45 minutes in warm area. Can also let proof in fridge for up to three days.

  8. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  9. Bake bread for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

  10. Let cool for several hours.
