Laine’s Healthy Mini Hot Cross Buns
  1. Mix everything in a bowl to make a dough ball

  2. Shape the dough using floured hands to create a boule. It should not be sticky. Slash the top with a knife or cut into 4 sections and make mini buns.

  3. Sprinkle with dried onion or Everything But The Bagel seasoning or Sesame seeds and a sprinkle of flour.

  4. Air fry on 175C for 15 mins (air fry mode) or oven bake on 175C for 30 mins
