Dice up your chicken into bite sized chunks, then add to a pan with your bacon and with some cooking spray; add in your garlic granules, a good pinch of salt and pepper, and cook over a medium heat for about 6 or 7 minutes or until browned and fully cooked through.
Once the chicken and bacon are cooked, remove from the pan and set aside, then spray the same pan with a little more oil spray and add in your spinach; cook for about 30 seconds, then add in your garlic and cook for another minute until soft.
When the spinach is cooked, add it to a bowl with your chicken, bacon cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan and a pinch of salt and pepper, then mix it all together well.
Now to assemble your wrap: simply lay the chicken mix across the middle and then fold up the wrap as if it was a Burrito or however you'd like; this should be quite an easy one to fold.
Spray with a little olive oil spray, and pan fry for a few minutes or air fry at 190c for 8 to 10 minutes or until the outside is all golden and crispy.
