Creamy Cheesy Mayo Ramen
  1. Melt the cheese base: Heat 1 Tbsp of cooking oil over medium-low heat. Add Swiss cheese, Colby Jack cheese, and egg yolk.

  2. Build the flavor: Add mayonnaise, paprika powder, Italian seasoning, and almond flour. Stir gently until smooth and creamy.

  3. Cook the noodles: Pour in heavy cream and water, then add the noodles and chopped garlic. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.

  4. Thicken the sauce: Remove the lid and add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir well and continue cooking until the noodles are tender and the sauce becomes creamy and glossy.

  5. Top it off: Finish with crispy bacon, egg yolk(optional) and parsley for the final touch.
