Ottolenghi's Roast Chicken With Oregano And Butter Beans
  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

  2. Place the chicken pieces in a large roasting tin and toss with the olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  3. Roast for 30 minutes.

  4. Add the butter beans to the tin and continue roasting for another 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.

  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the chicken and beans before serving.
