Preheat oven to 350°F
Cut out two 3"x5" rectangles of pie crust and place on a baking sheet (I’d recommend lining it with parchment paper if you have some)
Use a pastry brush to line the edges of each piece of dough with the egg wash
Spread the apple pie filling on one piece of dough (attempting to keep it within the “borders” of the egg wash”) before doing the same with the bacon jam
Place the hot dog on top (leave around ½" poking out at one end)
Place the other piece of dough on top and crimp the edges with a fork to seal
Brush egg wash on top of the dough and sprinkle with the sugar and apple spice mixture
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden
Drizzle with apple mustard and a sprinkle of bacon bits and allow to cool
Dig in and thank me (and, more importantly, Guy Fieri) later
