Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit Bombs

    Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°

  2. Place biscuits on a cooking sheet to warm up, this will make them easier to flatten later. Cold biscuits will tear.

  3. Cook bacon

  4. Cook scrambled eggs

  5. Flatten biscuits to be larger

  6. Divide eggs and shred bacon into small pieces, then portion onto each biscuit

  7. Top with cheese

  8. Ball up and pinch hole closed, be careful to not pull the dough too thin

  9. Place the biscuit bombs pinched side down

  10. Brush with melted butter

  11. Sprinkle Herbs de Province (or Italian herbs) on top of each biscuit bomb

  12. Cook 11-13 minutes until the biscuits begin to turn golden in color
