Panda Express Orange Chicken
  1. Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces. Preheat 2 inches of oil in a pot or wok.

  2. Whisk together the wet batter in a small bowl.

  3. Mix together the breading in another bowl.

  4. Dip the chicken in the egg batter and then into the flour mixture.

  5. Fry the coated chicken in oil until crispy and the internal temp reads 165°F. Transfer to a large bowl lined with paper towels.

  6. Make the orange chicken sauce: Combine all the sauce ingredients into a medium/large pot. Bring to a boil and simmer to desired thickness (1-2 minutes).

  7. Add the fried chicken pieces to the sauce and toss to coat. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
