Chef's Easy, Cheesy Bacon Ranch Chicken
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, about 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel. Leave the bacon fat in the skillet.

  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Return the skillet to medium-high heat, add the chicken and cook until golden and just cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes on each side.

  3. Reduce heat to medium, sprinkle chicken with ranch seasoning and top with bacon and cheese. Cover the skillet and cook until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5 minutes.

  4. Crumble additional bacon on the chicken and add green onion and tomato, if desired, before serving.
